Position description :
As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the Maintenance organization. You ensure safe, reliable and cost‑effective operation of all technical assets while driving continuous improvement and long‑term asset management.

You are/ have: Bachelor level working and thinking level (technical or engineering background preferred) Proven experience in a maintenance management or senior maintenance role Experience with further developing the department and positioning it within the organization Strong leadership and people management skills Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical and/or hydraulic systems Experience with asset management, maintenance planning and reliability improvement Strong analytical, organizational and decision‑making capabilities A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety
Minimum level of education required : Bachelor (HBO) / Master (WO)

About the position of a Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you are part of a small Maintenance team and you ensure that all technical assets, installations and tools remain safe, reliable and compliant with applicable standards As a Maintenance Technician, you perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on a wide range of technical installations and equipment. You work according to established maintenance schedules and safety procedures, ensuring continuity and reliability of the technical infrastructure.

You are/ have: MBO work and thinking level; Eager to learn and you are proactive; You consider compliancy and getting the job done as important; 5 years of relevant experience in a technical environment; Desired: VCA full, Forklift/ cherrypicker and working on height certificates Desired: NEN-3140 qualified/competent person
Minimum level of education required : Technical/Business College (MBO)
